Craig is a qualified psychologist with over 10 years working in mental health. He has a broad range of experience having worked in the areas of men’s mental health, adult mental health, suicide intervention, and his current role as a psychologist at a local youth service counselling teenagers and young adults.
Making the decision to seek counselling can be difficult and may give rise to feelings of anxiety, which is normal. With this in mind, Craig strives to create a safe and supportive place for you to work through the challenges you are facing. The research shows that the largest predictor of your success in therapy is the quality of relationship that you are able to build with your psychologist. As such, Craig places great importance on creating a supportive relationship of mutual trust and respect, where your goals and input are highly valued, and the approach tailored to you. To create this tailored approach he draws from evidenced-based psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Ericksonian brief therapy and Mindfulness training.
If you have any questions or would like to talk with Craig about your situation, contact: email@example.com or call 0490 247 960. He would love to hear from you.
